Olive Crate, LLC, is a family owned and operated company whose humble beginning, in the Argolis region of Greece, drew strength from the family’s Kores plantation’s cultivation history and it’s reputation for hundreds of years of yielding exceptionally high quality olives and Extra Virgin olive oil.
Eco-sustainability, quality, and health benefit principles lead all business decisions at Olive Crate, LLC. The importance of family has been honored for many generations. Our plantation “Kores” (the Greek word for Daughters) was historically named by the people of the region out of respect for the original owners of the property who set high standards and were known for their tireless dedication to their beloved land and products.
At Olive Crate, LLC we continue to strive for the same values by offering our Kores Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil grown without chemicals and by natural irrigation in the Argolis region. Our award winning Balsamic Vinegars are certified organic and made with the finest of local Greek ingredients. Our hand crafted olive wood products are made from necessary pruning and naturally fallen trees.

I just tried then subsequently purchased 2 bottles of The Olive Crate’s new harvest olive oil. WOW!
It is a very rich in color with darkish yellow hue reminiscent of saffron infused oil. The taste is equally rich and luxurious.
Premium olive cannot be compared to commercial grades which are mass produced and blended with other filler oils so not pure. Love these olive oils!
The best olive oil I have ever tasted! I didn’t know how good until I ran out of it last week and tried 3 different bottles from Trader Joe’s – they were awful. As a relatively new believer in the Ketogenic diet (1 year) I use olive oil on all my salads and veggies, and the quality of the oil and taste matter to me. Happily I am again in possession of 2 Kores bottles, plus I have tried a number of their vinegars (Chili Pepper is a favorite) and they are all excellent. Highly recommend!!
I have tried everything from The Olive Crate and have not been disappointed by anything. The balsamic (any flavor) is the perfect addition to any meal to step it up to the next level! Not to mention the company is passionate about their quality of their products! Hands down my favorite!
